Hello World and A Bit Of A Ramble
Hi Everyone,
Thank you to everyone who has joined me on this journey. We’re still new here and trying to settle into our space here. I have struggled since, years before beginning this journey to try to figure out a niche and all these things running around in my head to do. I settled on no niche and I am working with that. Yet a couple weeks in to this and I am struggling to figure out how to pull that off, I’m not giving up, just not sure what to make my next step.
I truly believe opening to our creativity can truly empower us in our lives. If I could find art supply products- like embroidery thread and fabric paints to dropship and not buy wholesale my ideas are endless to help others create. So far, I am striking out in that endeavor and if you know of any let me know. If not, I'll compile lists as I share these ideas of where you can find them.
The art you’ll find here comes from whatever creative inspirations I can find it may be original, created with the assistance of templates or in a collaborative effort with others including AI. I like fantasy or mystical of all kinds so you will find that here- and some RPG related things as well. Other times, I find my art is driven by what I imagine someone might like, or just thinking about their life in that way you might find country or folklore things here to or things for nurses, policemen, computer geeks and so on. Or holidays can just be fun. I need variety and for this business to succeed I need to offer some variety here or I will get stuck and worry about what to eliminate.
Dharmatic Creations is all about starting momentum and getting unstuck in my life and doing creative things soothes my soul and I've needed a lot of that this year. I started this all the hard way, then some real insights opened up to me. If I get back to YouTube I will share it there but I’m really thinking more of a podcast. I haven’t made hard decisions there yet, it could just be this blog. This has been a hard year, and I still am working on wading through some things. With all that has happened and where my life is, this for me is about creativity and getting unstuck. Therefore, even if it makes this a bigger mountain to climb I will get there and the view will be great. I love the high mountains.
With that said, I encourage you. Be inspired and see if you can create a unique gift for your loved one. I love homemade gifts there is nothing to replace them because you also have the love of another imbued in it.
If you see a design you like but you want it on something else let me know and if I am able to get that product from my print on demand suppliers if so I am happy to get you that product.
With the digital downloads I have coming. I have so many ideas of how to make these part of a lifetime of sustainable practices and making what you carry around less and more organized. There are so many tools now to help with that.
We (my husband and myself) lived off-grid in Arizona for a number of years and built our own straw bale home. We had to leave before it was finished but we did have it largely done considering we started from nothing. We were also off-grid and in the middle of nowhere so the lifestyle was far different than most experience. Either way, as a result sustainability is important and now as I seek to reduce clutter, portability and multi-use is very important and so the more I can condense things into a small space the easier my life becomes. It helps me focus on the things that are important to me and learn skills to support those things. It all comes together here, later I can niche things down in other places if that’s really what it takes.
So, if you wonder what this store is about it is about getting unstuck in life and following and expressing creativity wherever it leads.
I launched a little early, but I am so glad I did it has helped me to figure out a lot of little things before I really start putting things out there - get it cleaned up and bring you something that I truly hope brings you inspiration.
Leave me a comment and tell me how you stay inspired and what creative things you fill your life with.
Thank you,
Laurie
